2. No In-App Payments or Purchases

Enki WebPortal does not support any in-app payments, purchases, or transactions.

• Customers cannot pay for products or services through the Application
• We do not collect, process, or store payment information such as credit cards, bank details, UPI, or wallet information
• The Application is used only to request quotations
• All pricing discussions, confirmations, payments, and order fulfillment are handled offline by the sales team

• Password (stored securely in encrypted form)

Email addresses are used for identification and login purposes and cannot be modified by users through the Application.

• Product prices are not visible by default
• Customers must request access to price lists
• Price visibility is enabled only by sales or admin teams
• Personalized pricing is handled outside the Application
